Exchanges and Returns
All purchases made on the TRINTA&DUAS website ( www.trintaeduas.pt ) can be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of 14 days, after receiving the order (art.º 10 of DL n.º 24/2014).
The article must be delivered in perfect condition - without signs of use, with all the labels and any other elements present in the shipment.
TRINTA&DUAS does not accept exchanges and/or returns of items with signs of use, damaged, washed, dirty or with odors. It is also not responsible for the misuse of its articles or for the incorrect washing of the same. Consult the internal label present on each piece to find out the right care to take with it. Before each purchase, we advise you to consult the description of the article to find out all the characteristics of the piece, as well as to have a better idea of the size that should best match yours.
TRINTA&DUAS reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns in case of non-compliance with the established rules.
How to make an exchange/return
We ask that you send an email to suporteaocliente@trintaeduas.com, put "Exchange" or "Return" in the subject and attach a copy of the receipt.
You must indicate which item(s) to exchange/return as well as, in the case of an exchange, the new item and size for which you wish to exchange your piece.
When the item is received and successfully passes quality control, an email will be sent informing you that the process is complete and that the new item is ready to be shipped. If there is any adjustment of values, we will send the IBAN. After payment, and sending the receipt, the new order will be shipped to the address indicated within a maximum period of 2 working days.
The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to TRINTA&DUAS and cause additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete.
Once the order is registered, it is not possible to change the data indicated.

You can exchange your piece for another of equal or greater value.
When the article is received, TRINTA&DUAS will verify its conditions. If everything is in order, an email will be sent informing you that the process has been completed and that the new article is ready to be sent. Together, we will send the IBAN if there is any adjustment of values. After payment - and sending proof - the new order will be sent to the address indicated within a maximum period of 2 working days.
Returns
Once the article is received, TRINTA&DUAS will start the quality control process. If the article is in conformity, an email will be sent confirming the return. The refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of receipt of the article, and the shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer.
If the returned items are not in the conditions in which they were sent, TRINTA&DUAS reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to reimburse them.
In the event that it is a return by default, after being accepted by the quality control, TRINTA&DUAS will refund the amount paid for the item and the value of the return shipping costs.
