TRINTA&DUAS relies on CTT to carry out its deliveries. Shipping costs are added to the value of your order, depending on the destination, as you can see below.

TRINTA&DUAS offers shipping costs for purchases over €50 for mainland Portugal.

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. At that time, your order begins to be processed, and is normally dispatched within 48h-72h (on working days).

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier where you can track the order.

It is recommended that the customer check that the delivery address is correct and complete, as returning the order to TRINTA&DUAS will incur additional costs for the customer (5€ for mainland Portugal).
Any errors in the indicated address, unavailability or absence to receive the order, which imply a new delivery by the carrier, will be charged again with the cost related to the delivery to that location.

In situations where the shipping costs are free because the total order exceeds €50, a second delivery attempt again implies the payment of the normal shipping fee for that location.

We guarantee the shipment of your order until it arrives in the respective country of destination, simultaneously exempting us from any responsibility regarding any customs fees and restrictions on the entry of products in force in some destinations.
If you buy from a country outside the EU, please note that, if applicable, customs fees, VAT added and handling fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country.

TRINTA&DUAS cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any direct or indirect damages arising from the shipment and delivery of your order. Any inconvenience will be the responsibility of the carrier.
